I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in sleep and anxiety treatment. I help my clients restore healthy sleep and strengthen overall wellbeing. Together, we'll use practical, evidence-based techniques to improve your rest and emotional health.
I provide an empathic, warm, and authentic atmosphere, and we will work as a team to address your sleep and any other concerns that impact your life and wellbeing. I believe it is important to take biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors into account. Along with bringing a multicultural perspective to therapy as a first-generation immigrant, I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach drawing from evidence-based modalities.
